Overview
Join Antique Closets as a Customer Service Representative based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, delivering excellent support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls when necessary.
- Provide accurate information and respond effectively to customer inquiries about products and services.
- Manage complaints, track orders, and follow up on reports until resolution.
- Record and update customer data and notes using the CRM system.
- Professionally address dissatisfied customers and escalate issues when required.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, call scripts, and service quality standards.
- Meet performance indicators including customer satisfaction, call quality, and response times.
- Prepare reports and document all communications and actions related to customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience between one to three years in customer service or call centers.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
- Proficiency with CRM, ticketing systems, and call center software.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Available to work shifts as scheduled.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct.

- Persuasive skills and expertise in upselling.
- Experience in order tracking, shipments, and appointment coordination.
- Customer retention capabilities and handling dissatisfaction effectively.
