Job description
About the Role
We are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Wellington, representing Rockgas by assisting New Zealand customers with their inquiries. This position involves managing new account setups, processing orders, handling payments, responding to emergencies, and managing service disconnections. You will be supported with extensive training, leadership guidance, and access to detailed knowledge resources, all within a collaborative team setting. Customer interactions will occur over phone and email channels.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
This role operates on a rotating roster schedule and is set to begin on the 28th of September, 2026.

- Clear and effective communication with both customers and stakeholders

- Experience meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Intermediate computer proficiency and capability to work with multiple software screens; minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Previous financial experience is advantageous
