About GFS Developments
Based in Dubai, UAE, GFS Developments dedicates itself to providing outstanding customer experiences throughout the entire process of property ownership. The company is seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager specializing in post-sales to cultivate enduring client relationships, offer prompt assistance, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main communication bridge with customers throughout all post-sales phases.
- Develop strong client rapport by understanding their requirements and delivering timely solutions.
- Advise clients on solutions that align closely with their investment goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to facilitate effective issue resolution.
- Handle customer inquiries while preserving high service quality and professionalism standards.
- Oversee documentation, approvals, and administrative functions related to customer accounts.
- Keep detailed and accurate records in the CRM platform and provide periodic updates on case statuses.
- Spot opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and foster long-term engagement.
- Ensure all customer dealings adhere to company policies and RERA regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of three years of experience in functions such as customer relations, post-sales services, account management, or client servicing specifically within the UAE real estate market.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication capabilities.
- Proven skills in conflict resolution and managing stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under stressful or high-pressure circumstances.
- Experience utilizing CRM software.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a beneficial addition.
