About the Role

Altrizm Events is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to join our team in Janakpuri, New Delhi. This position involves collaborating with multinational pharmaceutical clients to manage various aspects of event planning and execution. You will be responsible for coordinating venue bookings, liaising with premium hotels, working with vendors on catering, logistics, audio-visual arrangements, and overall event support to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with MNC pharma clients to organize and execute events.
• Manage booking processes for venues and coordinate with high-end hotels.
• Oversee vendor coordination for catering, logistics, audio-visual components, and event assistance.
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of events while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Handle invoicing and post-event documentation thoroughly and accurately.
