Job Summary
Sharpskill Itedu is seeking a Customer Care Executive based in Adajan, Surat, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, supporting parents and students by providing information regarding courses, fees, admissions, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to potential students to discuss course offerings.
- Clearly communicate course content, schedules, and fee structures.
- Respond accurately to any questions about the institute and its programs.
- Maintain and update call details in the CRM system for tracking purposes.
- Conduct follow-up calls with interested prospects to facilitate enrollment.
