Overview

At Lidl, from head office to store level, the primary mission is to provide an outstanding shopping experience for customers. If you are energetic, passionate about helping people, and keen to learn daily, this role offers a competitive salary starting at €460+ weekly based on a standard 30-hour workweek.

Daily Activities

The role involves varied shifts and diverse responsibilities. Shift patterns include:

  • Morning shift: Beginning at 5 or 6 AM, stocking shelves with award-winning products, and preparing bakery items to have the store ready for opening.
  • Middle shift: Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, maintaining cleanliness and merchandising standards, assisting customers and operating tills efficiently.
