The assignment runs for 12 months on a fixed-term contract, with a hybrid setup that requires four days a week onsite. The role focuses on using customer data to improve engagement, strengthen CRM activity, and help deliver a standout client experience, particularly within the luxury and fashion space.
What you'll do
- Create, maintain, and improve customer data models and segmentation structures in Databricks.
- Uncover customer patterns and insights that can be used to personalise communications, improve targeting, and guide strategic choices.
- Develop and manage dashboards, ideally in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, while keeping outputs accurate and easy for stakeholders to use.
- Maintain consistency and governance across CRM and analytics systems used globally.
- Work with Data Science, CRM, Digital, and other cross-functional teams to support omnichannel activity and clienteling tools.
- Refresh weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports and provide clear recommendations based on the findings.
- Carry out ad hoc customer analysis to help improve retention, purchase frequency, and other important customer metrics.
- Work with CRM and Marketing teams to evaluate the impact of one-to-one and one-to-many campaigns across global and regional markets.
- Help regional teams by training them on CRM tools, dashboards, and best-practice use, and by providing additional analysis to support local engagement efforts.
What we're looking for
- At least 4 years of experience in CRM analytics, data analytics, or a similar role, preferably in fashion, retail, or luxury.
- Strong hands-on ability with Databricks, including SQL, Python, or PySpark for data preparation and analysis.
- Good working knowledge of CRM concepts, customer segmentation, and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience working with customer databases, CDPs, and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or Braze.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau and Looker.
- Strong analytical thinking with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to turn complex data into practical business insight.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
- A genuine interest in fashion, luxury, and enhancing the customer experience.
