About the Role
Chipotle Mexican Grill is reshaping the fast-food experience by providing fresh, responsibly sourced food in a welcoming environment. The Crew Member position contributes to preparing hand-crafted meals daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. This role offers comprehensive training across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo to ensure confidence and quality in food preparation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items by hand on various stations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a friendly and positive atmosphere.
- Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- At least 16 years of age.
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Strong interest in helping and serving customers and fellow teammates.
- Willingness to learn extensive cooking techniques.
- Ability to communicate proficiently in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
