Role Overview

Crew members participate in preparing fresh, hand-made food daily across various stations, such as grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. The work environment avoids freezers, microwaves, or can openers, emphasizing high-quality food preparation and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food by hand using traditional cooking methods.
• Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Deliver friendly and attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Exhibit a friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and coworkers.
• Demonstrate passion for serving others and willingness to learn culinary skills.
• Be at least 16 years old to meet employment eligibility.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
