Key Responsibilities

• Prepare real food by hand daily, adhering to company standards without using freezers or microwaves.
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service while fostering an inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Support team efforts by working collaboratively in different areas of the restaurant as needed.
• Participate in comprehensive training to build confidence operating all stations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay range from $18.25 to $19.25 per hour, depending on skills and experience, compliant with local wage laws.
• Tuition assistance up to $5,250 annually.
