Role Overview

This practical, hands-on position suits an AV professional passionate about both creative and technical excellence. You will be essential to event success by leading the setup, operation, and dismantling of state-of-the-art AV systems, managing events ranging from intimate corporate gatherings to large-scale productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation and operation of audio, lighting, and video systems for live events.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, venue personnel, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.

Skills and Experience Required

• Demonstrable experience in live event audio, lighting, and video system setup.
• Proficient with Barco PDS and S3 switching systems, Yamaha QL and CL audio consoles, and GrandMA lighting control systems, with programming experience preferred.
• Experience delivering hybrid and virtual events.
• Camera operation capabilities are advantageous.
• Knowledge of scenic components like drapes, stage skirts, and truss borders.
• Leadership skills with ability to mentor junior technicians.
• Strong communication skills with clients and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Professional demeanor prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Availability for after-hours, weekend work, and occasional travel.
• Possession of a Rigger’s Ticket is highly preferred.
