Creative Designer

Overview

This role combines 60% creative graphic designing with 40% video editing responsibilities based in Kolkata. We seek candidates with any undergraduate or postgraduate degree and preferably a diploma or certification in Graphic Design. Freshers as well as experienced individuals may apply, with a monthly salary range between 10,000 and 20,000 INR.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and conceptualization of original design solutions for both digital and print media.
• Interpret client briefs and marketing goals into visually compelling concepts that support brand strategies.
• Generate and implement creative content such as social media posts, campaign visuals, illustrations, branding elements, and marketing materials.
• Develop detailed execution plans for projects ensuring delivery from initial idea to final production within deadlines.
• Choose suitable typography, color schemes, images, layouts, and graphic components to strengthen storytelling through visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established guidelines and quality standards in all design outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and performance teams to align designs with business objectives.
• Engage actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to social media and marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with clients to gather business requirements and transform them into impactful visual communications.
• Keep abreast of latest design trends, software tools, and industry best practices to enhance creative results.
• Mentor and supervise junior designers to uphold the quality and consistency of project outputs.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design supported by a compelling portfolio.
• Proficient in design techniques with strong command over visual elements.
• Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of leading teams effectively within time-sensitive environments.
• Strong communication skills complemented by excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Motion Graphics tools.
