About the Role
GMM Grammy PLC is seeking a talented Creative Art Director to join their Creative Department. This position involves developing innovative marketing campaigns and creative assets that resonate with audiences and drive engagement. The role is based onsite at Fairford 50, Manitoba, Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating campaign ideas and conceptualizing big ideas for original albums, exclusive content, and in-app experiences.
- Translating strategic campaign plans into clear, persuasive, and results-oriented messages.
- Structuring campaign narratives spanning teaser, launch, and sustain phases.
- Providing comprehensive creative briefs to graphic designers, content creators, and related teams.
- Leading development and execution of key visual designs and communication materials for various marketing initiatives as needed.
- Ensuring all creative outputs strictly align with campaign concepts and brand positioning.
- Managing full lifecycle of creative work from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring timely and effective campaign rollout.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or advertising roles.
- Proven ability to develop compelling campaign concepts and develop associated campaign materials.
- Exceptional copywriting skills to craft engaging and action-driven campaign messaging.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Experience within digital platforms, app marketing, entertainment, or music industries.
- Strong understanding of user behavior and growth strategies to maximize campaign impact.
