  • Create and refine product packaging, labels, and inserts for retail, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer markets, while adhering to print production specifications such as dielines, bleed areas, color separations, and substrate choices.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual identity from physical shelf presence to digital platforms.
  • Design retail-facing materials such as sell sheets and trade presentations that comply with buyer expectations and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and growth from conceptual stages through to production, engaging early in the process rather than after final decisions.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of five years professional graphic design experience with demonstrated involvement in packaging or brand identity projects within consumer product industries such as CPG, beauty, food and beverage, or supplements.
  • A robust portfolio evidencing strategic thinking in packaging and branding — showing ability in dieline layouts, shelf impact, and brand systems.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign proficiency is advantageous.
  • Experience utilizing Figma for digital design integration.
  • Preferred but not required: capabilities in After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Keyshot for 3D visualization and motion graphics.
  • In-depth knowledge of print production processes including file preparation, color accuracy, and vendor liaison.
  • Excellent command of typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
