Job Overview
The Courier role involves the safe, precise, and prompt collection and transportation of packages. This position requires verifying package contents through scanning, ensuring order accuracy, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the integrity and security of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver shipments safely along assigned routes while respecting strict timetables.
- Scan and verify packages at pickup and drop-off points to confirm order correctness.
- Deliver excellent customer service and guarantee parcels are properly secured during handling.
- Report any challenges such as delivery discrepancies, damaged items, or incorrect addresses without delay.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Licenses
- Possession of a valid Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence is mandatory.
- High Risk Licence for LF Forklift operation is also required.
