Courier

Role Overview

As a Courier, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and secure collection and delivery of packages by following designated routes efficiently. You'll verify package contents through scanning and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels safely adhering strictly to assigned routes and schedules.
• Confirm order accuracy by scanning and cross-checking package details at pickup and delivery points.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the security and proper packing of parcels.
• Report any discrepancies such as damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly to management.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum completed secondary education or an equivalent level of education.
• At least one year of professional driving experience is required.
• Must hold a valid Australian driver's license: either a C Class (Car) License (AUK012) or a Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License (AUK013).
