Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Courier role, based in Patel Nagar, Delhi, involves collecting shipments from local hubs or partner points, verifying shipment data, and ensuring deliveries reach customers promptly and accurately. Daily functions include organizing delivery routes, adhering to traffic and safety norms, confirming deliveries, processing payments if necessary, and keeping delivery logs. The courier provides courteous customer interactions, reports delivery problems to supervisors, and ensures assigned vehicles or bikes remain in good condition. The role may extend to assisting with loading/unloading and coordinating with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills and adherence to company delivery standards.
• Basic logistics and transportation knowledge to manage routes, handle items properly, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Experience in delivery roles, particularly in sectors like food & beverage, is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid two- or four-wheeler driving license, familiarity with Patel Nagar routes, and ability to use navigation tools.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent with ability to comprehend delivery instructions in English or local language.
• Physical capability to lift and carry packages, maintain punctuality, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Trustworthy, safety-oriented with a commitment to following company policies and maintaining customer confidence.
