Position Overview

Join FedEx as a Courier in Singapore, responsible for on-road delivery and pickup duties, customer service, and efficient packing of items. This role requires secondary education or its equivalent and valid driving license for motorbike or light to heavy goods vehicles depending on the specific driving tasks involved. Professional driving experience of at least one year is essential unless the position does not require driving.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pickup and delivery of parcels and documents on designated routes.
• Engage with customers courteously, providing excellent service and support.
• Ensure proper packing and handling of packages to maintain safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education or an equivalent qualification.
• Possession of a valid license to operate a Motorbike, Light Goods Vehicle, Medium Goods Vehicle, or Heavy Goods Vehicle as applicable.
• Minimum of one year professional experience in driving is required unless the courier role doesn’t involve driving.
