Role Overview
The Counsellor will support clients through guided conversations, handle customer interactions, and work closely with the sales team to help coordinate day-to-day activities and operational follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver counselling support to clients in line with the organization’s needs.
- Assist the team in coordinating sales-related activities.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns over phone and email.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of sales operations initiatives.
Education Requirement
This role is open to candidates from any graduation background.
Compensation
The offered annual salary is INR 3,00,000 to INR 9,00,000.
