Role Summary

The position of Cotech located in Madurai South is a full-time onsite role centered on delivering expert technical assistance concerning vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs. Key responsibilities include diagnosing intricate mechanical and electronic vehicle faults, mentoring service technicians, and assuring that repair work aligns with Renault's quality and safety protocols. The role entails reviewing technical documents, utilizing diagnostic software and devices, and liaising with service advisors to convey complex technical information and repair strategies effectively. Additional duties involve maintaining precise service documentation, aiding in the training of workshop personnel, and advancing service workflows and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Comprehensive understanding of automotive systems such as engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and electronic control units.
• Experience with diagnostic instruments, software, and service literature necessary to troubleshoot and correct complex vehicle problems.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical details clearly to technicians, service teams, and customers.
