Role Overview

This part-time position as a Corporate Trainer involves creating and delivering engaging training sessions targeted at corporate and professional groups. Key duties include developing instructional materials and curricula, leading live virtual training, and designing self-guided learning tools like presentations, manuals, and e-learning courses. The trainer will evaluate learner requirements, monitor the effectiveness of training via assessments and feedback, and continuously refine content to enhance learner engagement and success. Collaborating with university staff and corporate partners to ensure training goals align with organizational needs and foster inclusive learning environments is also essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and delivering corporate training via virtual platforms and digital applications.
• Strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and creating educational content geared towards adult learners.
• Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills suited for engaging diverse groups remotely.
• Experience in identifying training needs, assessing program effectiveness, and utilizing feedback and data to improve learning results.
• Proficiency with learning management systems, videoconferencing tools, and commonly used office productivity software.
• Excellent organizational abilities and time management, able to work autonomously from a remote setting on a part-time basis.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related discipline; additional certifications in training or instructional design are advantageous.
• Prior experience with corporate, academic, or professional development training programs is strongly preferred.
