About the Role
We seek a Corporate Development Manager to identify, assess, and drive strategic growth across a multinational business portfolio. Partnering closely with senior executives, this role involves supporting acquisitions, strategic alliances, market research, and overall business expansion efforts. It offers tremendous engagement with top-level leadership and the chance to contribute to high-stakes projects in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess potential acquisitions, investments, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead financial evaluations, valuation exercises, and build detailed business cases.
- Assist with due diligence and facilitate transaction processes end-to-end.
- Perform thorough market, competitor, and strategic analyses.

- Develop and deliver well-founded recommendations and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Background in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and commercial assessment.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proactive, able to independently handle multiple projects concurrently.
