Responsibilities

  • Serve clients such as Family Offices, UHNW/HNW/VIP investors, High Frequency Traders, and Financial Institutions by supporting account opening, operational usage, and providing consultation.
  • Implement services for contracted clients including IPO, IOP, and IR-related services.
  • Design and refine sales processes and workflows to enhance client retention.
  • Generate comprehensive customer data reports to analyze transactions and assets, supporting the development of client sales strategies.
  • Establish standardized sales procedures covering sales conduct, compliance, and customer engagement to boost business development and internal coordination.
  • Monitor client trading behavior to identify focus areas and tailor service delivery.
  • Review operational procedures and offer feedback for continual improvement of performance and services.
  • Provide proactive feedback on potential enhancements in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Manage implementation of sales strategies, including recording external partnerships and fee settlements.
  • Oversee departmental performance records, tracking achievement of goals, revenue, and collections.
  • Conduct education sessions and training on platforms and products for clients through meetings, seminars, or webinars.
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant internal teams across the organization.
  • Handle additional projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in family offices, capital market firms, securities firms, or financial institutions.
  • Preferably accredited in CMFAS Modules 1A, 2, 5, and 6A unless exempted.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates passion for work and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Positive, meticulous, responsible, and open-minded with readiness to face challenges.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
