Overview

Wendy’s is hiring a cook for its Kelowna, British Columbia location. This role is based entirely at the worksite, so all duties must be performed in person.

A secondary school graduation certificate is required, or an equivalent level of experience may be accepted.

Experience

Applicants should have between 1 and less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Work Location

This is an on-site position only. There is no remote work option.

Responsibilities

The cook will be expected to support daily kitchen operations, from meal preparation to cleanliness and inventory control.

• Prepare full meals as well as single dishes and food items.
• Place orders for supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Oversee kitchen assistants and support staff.
• Track stock levels and keep accurate records for food, supplies, and equipment.
• Keep the kitchen and all work areas clean and organized.
