Role Overview

This position demands skilled interpretation, synthesis, and presentation of political concepts into compelling public communications tailored for different themes, speakers, and audiences. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing politically pertinent messages and thematic content for key stakeholders.

Applicants must possess fluency in Meitei and English to ideate, generate content, and guide art and video production teams. This contract role through March 2027 requires utmost confidentiality, exemplary client handling, and high performance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Interpret and clearly express political ideas aligned with strategic objectives.
• Integrate a variety of inputs coherently to produce unified messaging.
• Create politically relevant themes and statements for influential figures.
• Collaborate with art directors and video editors to direct content presentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate outstanding client management.
• Operate effectively under tight deadlines and coordinate cross-functional team efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• One to three years of content creation experience, preferably in an advertising agency (ATL/digital) or regional brand setting.
• Proficiency in Meitei and English mandatory; knowledge of additional Indian regional languages advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media content creation (posts, ads, banners) and voiceover capability is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership qualities, with a good grasp of Indian political dynamics.

Additional Information

This is a contractual role valid until March 2027 offering a monthly salary between 25,000 and 35,000 INR.
