About the Role

Contributing directly to brand engagement, the editor will produce videos that resonate with global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality short-form video advertisements for social media channels and digital campaigns.
• Convert scripts, creative briefs, and concepts into refined, engaging video content.
• Incorporate captions, motion graphics, animations, audio effects, music, and visual enhancements.
• Source and utilize stock footage, AI-generated content, and other creative assets as needed.
• Customize videos for various platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts adapting to different format requirements.
• Partner with copywriters, marketers, designers, and fellow creatives throughout the production process.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in video editing, viral content formats, audience engagement, and emerging creative methods.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high quality and timely delivery.
• Apply creative insights to enhance storytelling, pacing, aesthetics, and overall effectiveness of video content.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing inventive and engaging video projects.
• Expertise in developing short-form videos, advertisements, or social media campaign content.
• Strong grasp of storytelling techniques, pacing, hooks, transitions, subtitling, and sound design.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalents.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SaaS-style or 3D animations and Morioka-style design is advantageous.
• Experience utilizing AI-driven creative tools is a plus.
• Excellent eye for detail, creative vision, and visual design sensibility.
• Capability to work autonomously while effectively coordinating with remote cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and multiple projects effectively in a remote work setting.
