Content Producer

About the Role

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a skilled Content Producer for a contract position. This remote role involves developing, curating, and evaluating a variety of content to support AI training initiatives. You will adhere to top-tier editorial, publishing, and media production benchmarks to guarantee content authenticity and relevance. Close collaboration with fellow Producers, Editors, Directors, and Journalists is expected to produce high-impact, quality materials. A keen eye for detail is essential for reviewing and editing written and multimedia content.

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and assess diverse content across digital platforms to support AI training objectives.
• Apply industry-leading standards in editorial, publishing, and media production to ensure content relevance and authenticity.
• Collaborate closely with other expert Producers, Editors, Directors, and Journalists to deliver impactful, high-quality materials.
• Review, edit, and provide feedback on written and multimedia content with a critical, detail-oriented approach.
• Leverage deep domain knowledge from academic, commercial publishing, or music environments to enrich project deliverables.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in media production, editorial, publishing, or a closely related domain.
• Exceptional command of written and verbal English communication, vital for project success.
• Demonstrated expertise in content strategy, editing, and effective cross-functional teamwork.
• A solid track record in either academic and commercial publishing or music-related projects.
• A high degree of attention to detail and the capacity to maintain rigorous editorial standards.
