Content Editor - AI Evaluation Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Contract AI Evaluation Specialist to join our team remotely, with work commitments ranging between 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $22 to $70 per hour based on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically analyze AI-generated content, assessing quality, clarity, usability, and overall user experience.
• Spot discrepancies, weaknesses, and areas for improvement across various content forms and visual outputs.
• Follow structured evaluation guidelines to deliver detailed, insightful feedback to enhance AI models.
• Work alongside different teams to establish and fine-tune quality benchmarks, scoring systems, and reviewing procedures.
• Ensure evaluations are accurate and consistent to provide dependable, actionable insights.
• Support ongoing refinement of evaluation methodologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in English (at C1 or C2 proficiency level).
• Outstanding reading comprehension paired with meticulous attention to details.
• Sharp observational abilities coupled with strong editorial or aesthetic judgment.
• Capacity for critical thinking and delivering steady, high-standard assessments in ambiguous circumstances.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
