Content Creator (Videography & Editing)

Role overview

NRG Studios is hiring a Content Creator who can plan, film, edit, and shape engaging video content for a variety of brands. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team, and takes pride in producing polished creative work.

The position is hands-on and creative, with projects that may range from filming a customer story in London to capturing an event in New York, developing brand content for international clients, or helping refine ideas from the production stage through to the final edit.

What you will do

• Film a broad mix of content such as interviews, talking-head videos, brand films, social clips, event coverage, promotional pieces, and similar formats.
• Edit story-driven video content in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Contribute ideas and support the creative process throughout each project.
• Work in close coordination with producers, creative team members, and clients to deliver high-quality output.
• Bring initiative, curiosity, and practical problem-solving to shoots and post-production.

What the company is looking for

The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys making content and is motivated to keep improving their craft. You should be comfortable working behind the camera, in the edit suite, and in collaborative creative discussions.

Expected background and strengths include at least 2 years of professional experience in a creative or production setting, strong videography ability, confidence with professional camera equipment, and extensive editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro. A good grasp of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement is important, along with strong visual judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to work both on your own and with others. Clear communication and confidence when dealing with clients and contributors are also essential.

Bonus experience

These skills are helpful but not required: motion graphics and Adobe After Effects, colour grading in DaVinci Resolve, photography, and interest in new production tools and creative trends such as AI.
