As a (Senior) Content & CMS Manager, you will play a key role in advancing our brand websites by crafting structured, targeted, and digitally nuanced content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy focused on enhancing organic visibility, user relevance, and business outcomes.
• Enhance content for search engines and AI-powered search results.
• Identify topical, keyword, and content opportunities aligned with the customer journey.
• Plan, produce, and maintain diverse content formats.
• Assume editorial responsibility for landing pages, guides, and product pages.
• Manage content calendars and prioritize topics accordingly.
• Continuously improve existing content with a focus on SEO, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and evolve AI-supported content workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of relevant professional experience in content marketing.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective content strategies boosting organic visibility.
• Experience planning, creating, and optimizing various content types including landing pages, guides, and reports.
• Strong understanding of CMS architecture and content modules.
• Proficient with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Sistrix is advantageous.
• Open and receptive to emerging AI tools and automation, with initial hands-on experience.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with enthusiasm for trying new approaches.
• Collaborate closely with the SEO team to improve visibility and reach.
• Ensure consistent, brand-compliant content across all pages.
