About The Role

This position entails a contract role as a Management Consulting Specialist, fully remote, offering compensation ranging from $150 to $220 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed and task-specific grading rubrics for authentic consulting outputs, including market analyses, strategic proposals, and financial modeling.
- Evaluate AI-generated and human-produced samples using these criteria, providing comprehensive written explanations supporting each grade.
- Ensure scoring remains consistent, evidence-based, and reproducible while providing defensible assessments.
- Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers and rapidly refine your evaluations accordingly.
- Operate independently in an asynchronous setting, reliably meeting deadlines and enhancing AI model effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of management consulting professional experience.
- Proven track record with a leading strategic or management consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or an equivalent organization.
- Expertise in structured problem solving, market-sizing exercises, comprehensive financial modeling, and constructing robust business cases.
- Exceptional written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in work output.
Preferred Skills
- Experience related to AI training, evaluation processes, or projects involving human-generated data.
