About the Role
Join Marcon as a Construction Project Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping commercial development projects in the picturesque Northern Rivers region of NSW. Our consultancy focuses on managing high-quality projects, ranging from $2 million refurbishments to developments exceeding $200 million in value. This opportunity allows you to take comprehensive ownership of projects from initial concept through to completion within a dynamic, boutique environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Lead projects from initiation stages through to final handover, ensuring delivery targets are met.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Administer contracts and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Foster open communication channels and resolve issues promptly during project progression.
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant Australian standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and keep up-to-date project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
