Overview
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager based in Maryville, TN, with a salary starting at $25 per hour, dependent on experience. The role involves overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring effective communication with clients, and handling daily administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects to completion.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between the company and customers to ensure project alignment.
- Travel within surrounding counties to inspect and supervise project sites.
- Gather project requirements, clarify scopes, and schedule estimates or site visits as needed.
- Identify and resolve issues arising at job sites promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience managing construction projects.
- Background in remodeling and residential construction is mandatory.
- Experience in fire and water restoration is preferred but not required.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong multitasking capabilities to handle overlapping responsibilities.
Work Schedule
The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
