Prepare construction surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and applying primer.
Perform application of paint, coatings, and finishing layers on walls, ceilings, metal structures, and other surfaces.
Execute painting assignments at various construction sites, including work at elevations such as high-rise buildings.
Deliver quality finishing that meets project specifications and standards.
Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and company standard operating procedures (SOP).
Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and ensure cleanliness of the work area.

Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant painting experience within the construction field.
Capable of working safely at heights.
Physically capable of enduring outdoor construction environment conditions.
Experience or familiarity with using scaffolding, ladders, gondolas, or boom lifts.
Basic understanding and commitment to workplace safety practices.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and collaborate effectively within a team.
