  • At least five years of proven experience in community partnerships, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, or technical program management, notably within Fremont and the greater Bay Area community.
  • Proficiency in engaging with local government entities, regulatory agencies, industry groups, and a solid understanding of Bay Area community dynamics and government frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, facilitation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with independent judgment in sensitive contexts.
  • Preferred experience includes working in or alongside manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as TCEQ and OSHA.
  • Additional desired qualifications include experience supporting government relations or public policy teams, bilingual Spanish skills, and established relationships with Fremont civic or nonprofit organizations.
  • A genuine relationship builder passionate about Tesla’s mission, adept at navigating complex multi-stakeholder situations with diplomacy and a long-term engagement focus.
