Role Summary
The company is looking for a driven Community & Events Manager to own the full end-to-end process for event planning and delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Create and refine event concepts, including themes, décor ideas, and supporting non-candy items.
- Work with vendors and partners to make sure materials are high-quality and aligned with the brand.
- Handle event logistics such as cart setup, delivery coordination, and staffing.
- Manage on-site event operations to deliver smooth execution and keep clients satisfied.
- Act as the main contact for event clients from first inquiry through final completion.
- Advise clients on event styling, candy assortment choices, and any custom requests.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a similar discipline is required.
The role calls for 2 to 3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management; experience in retail or hospitality is an advantage.
Strong planning ability, solid organization, and careful attention to detail are essential.
