Role Overview
We are seeking articulate and confident communicators to join the SalesOne team as Communication Specialists focused on the US market. The role involves engaging potential clients via scheduled calls, comprehending their needs, and qualifying them as business leads.
Responsibilities
- Handle and manage calls with prospective clients in the US.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and create rapport.
- Identify client requirements and qualify potential opportunities.
- Keep comprehensive records of discussions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the business development team for smooth lead transitions.
- Maintain a professional representation of the company in all interactions.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Confidence in managing client conversations via phone and virtual meetings.
- Strong listening skills and relationship-building aptitude.
- Self-driven with comfort working remotely.
- Experience in customer-facing, sales, communication, or business development roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Information
- Location: Remote work.
- Work days: Monday through Friday.
- Shift: Rotational, changing approximately every 4–5 months.
