Overview
YD Pharma is seeking an accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience in the European medical cannabis industry. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the German market and a demonstrated ability to cultivate senior-level relationships, transforming them into credible partnerships supported by GMP-compliant supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the distributor and B2B network across Germany.
- Manage the complete commercial cycle in coordination with the Chief Commercial Officer.
- Drive European wholesale revenue generation.
- Maintain and grow strategic partnerships within the medical cannabis sector.
- Enhance the visibility and positioning of the YD Pharma brand at the point of care as the company scales.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years in commercial roles, sales, or business development specifically within the medical cannabis industry.
- Strong familiarity and proven experience in the European medical cannabis market.
- Established senior network with German distributors, wholesalers, and licensed operators.
- Fluency in both German and English languages.
- Knowledge of GMP supply chains and regulatory frameworks surrounding controlled substances.
Additional Information
Position is preferably based in Germany but open to candidates residing within the EU, including Portugal and the UK.
