Role Overview
The Collections Executive will be responsible for contacting customers to recover overdue payments and negotiating repayment arrangements while addressing any payment issues. Accurate documentation of all customer interactions and adherence to company policies in achieving collection targets are essential components of this role.
Responsibilities
- Initiate communication with customers to recover outstanding dues.
- Negotiate payment plans and manage queries related to payments effectively.
- Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed collection goals ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Completion of 12th standard is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates having over one year of experience in the Collections or Recovery field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities are required.
Language Requirements
Applicants must be fluent in either Telugu and English or Hindi and English.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 22,000.
