Collection Telecaller

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated Collection Telecallers to become part of our energetic team focused on managing overdue accounts and facilitating prompt debt recovery for a reputed bank. Candidates should be persuasive, patient, target-driven, and possess excellent communication capabilities.

Key Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to clients regarding outstanding payments and notify them about dues.
• Consistently follow up on payment commitments to ensure collections are made on time.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of calls, payment promises, and follow-up actions within the system.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate details about owed amounts and payment methods.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade or equivalent; graduates are preferred.
• Previous experience in collection calls, telecalling, or customer service roles is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer proficiency including typing and data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently under stress and manage difficult conversations professionally.
