About the Role
Trafin Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking Collection Executives to join their team at the New Delhi office. This role involves calling customers regarding their pending payments and handling recovery-related telecalling with a growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to remind and recover pending dues.
- Maintain accurate records and perform regular follow-ups.
- Meet assigned targets and effectively resolve customer queries.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good command over Hindi and English communication.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Experience preferred but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
Employment Details
- Work location: 651, Kakrola Housing Complex, 3rd Floor, Old Palam Road, Near MCD Office, Metro Pillar – 808/809, New Delhi – 110078.
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Salary ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹20,000 per month plus attractive incentives, depending on experience and interview performance.
