Role Description

The role of Cold Calling Specialist involves proactively reaching out to US-based distributors and wholesalers through outbound calls. The goal is to initiate meaningful conversations, identify key decision-makers, evaluate their interest, and arrange qualified appointments for the sales team. Success in this position depends on exceptional communication, resilience in handling rejection, and a systematic approach to outbound outreach.

Key Duties

• Conduct a large volume of outbound cold calls to distributors and wholesalers across the US market.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers such as Owners, Directors, and Procurement Managers.
• Present the company's offerings professionally and clearly.
• Assess and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
• Manage objections skillfully and navigate gatekeepers effectively.
• Arrange follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team when possible.
• Accurately document call details and lead statuses within CRM tools.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets regarding call counts, successful connections, and qualified leads.
• Work aligned with US business hours as needed.

Necessary Skills and Experience

• Minimum of one year experience in B2B cold calling or outbound lead generation.
• Previous exposure to US market telecalling is highly advantageous.
• Fluent and clear English communication with a US accent.
• Ability to cope with rejection and maintain discipline during calls.
• Strong listening abilities and proficiency in overcoming objections.
• Self-driven with a focus on meeting targets.
