Co-Founder / AI Engineer / Data Scientist

Overview

VizualTreat is seeking a Co-Founder with expertise in AI and data science to collaboratively develop innovative AI-driven products from inception. This role is unique, involving early-stage company building, decision-making, and ownership, rather than a typical employee position.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML technologies and product architectures.
• Devise data strategies and build intelligent systems aligned with the company’s goals.
• Develop prototypes, minimum viable products (MVPs), and manage production-level deployments.
• Drive product direction, technical roadmaps, and engineering culture as a founding team member.
• Contribute actively to shaping the company’s foundation and growth trajectory.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or closely related fields.
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI agents.
• Proficient in Python programming and contemporary AI/ML frameworks.
• Skilled in data analysis, modeling, and experimental methodologies.
• Competent in building, deploying AI products, and managing APIs, cloud platforms, and AI infrastructure.
• Aptitude to transform ideas from conceptual phases through prototyping to production environments.
