Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning machines to accurately and efficiently manufacture high-quality components.
- Interpret engineering blueprints and product specifications to program CNC machines accordingly.
- Perform rigorous quality inspections on completed parts to ensure alignment with customer standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, and execute regular maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance production workflows and boost operational productivity.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 4 to 6 years of practical experience operating CNC turning or equivalent machinery.
- Hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Tool and Die Making from an accredited institute.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and programming CNC equipment using G-code, M-code, or related languages.
- Have a solid grasp of mechanical engineering concepts, including materials science and the mechanics involved.
