Role Overview
The Clinical Operations Manager position requires full-time, on-site presence at the Fairview Heights, IL location. This role is responsible for managing the clinic's daily clinical functions, ensuring services such as hormone therapy, menopause relief, IV infusions, and wellness treatments are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and at high quality. Key duties include supervising clinical personnel, managing scheduling, enhancing patient flow, and maintaining clinical protocols and standard operating procedures. The manager will track quality measures, assist with clinical initiatives, oversee vendor relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and work jointly with healthcare providers and administrative staff to elevate patient experiences. Additionally, the role supports clinical research as needed and focuses on ongoing operational enhancements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in clinical operations, including managing clinic workflows, coordinating staff, and ensuring quality control.
- Competence in collaborating with medical leadership on study-related and quality improvement efforts.
- Project management skills applicable to planning, executing, and reviewing clinical and operational projects.
- Prior leadership experience preferably in outpatient clinics, women's health, or relevant healthcare environments.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, patient safety protocols, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related disciplines preferred, although equivalent clinical or operational experience will be considered.
- Capability to work on-site in a fast-moving clinical environment in Fairview Heights, IL.
