Role Summary

The Clinical Educator will provide specialized disease-focused educational assistance to patients, healthcare providers, and office personnel within primary care and specialty settings. This role supports adherence to company and regulatory standards, promoting treatment knowledge and patient care in a designated disease area.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver disease-specific educational support to patients, healthcare professionals, and office staff as directed by the Client Account Manager.
• Conduct educational presentations for community groups and healthcare providers, tailoring content to local office requirements.
• Utilize only approved educational materials without alteration or unauthorized distribution.
• Complete all required training and competency evaluations within established timelines.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key healthcare customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in expanding and delivering services across various healthcare sectors as designated by management.
• Innovate and identify new partnership opportunities to support company growth.
• Manage administrative tasks promptly, including updates, reports, correspondence, and expense submissions.
• Maintain professional licensure as required by state law.
• Participate in local and national meetings or conferences to stay current and contribute knowledge within the team.
• Care for company equipment and materials following organizational guidelines.
• Comply fully with internal and client-specific policies and procedures.
• Remain available during business hours to respond to inquiries.
• Maintain a valid US driver’s license and report any driving infractions immediately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure without restrictions.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry and home care experience is advantageous.
• At least 3 years’ experience in neurology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience training patients in home injection techniques is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with physicians and office staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and knowledge enhancement.

Additional Information

Travel requirements include up to 50% within the assigned geography, with potential travel outside the territory.

Compensation: Base salary ranges from $84,000 to $156,000 per year, with final pay determined by experience, skills, and organizational factors.
