Role overview
Rhythm is hiring a Client Support Specialist to help manage client-facing operations for its remote patient monitoring services. In this role, you will work directly in client systems, including electronic health records (EHRs), and complete administrative and workflow tasks requested by clients.
The position also includes registering patients for existing clients, verifying insurance, processing transfer-in and transfer-out requests from clinics, and making sure patients are enrolled successfully in the program. The work is fast-paced and may involve uploading reports, changing transmission schedules, and handling other high-volume tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Enroll new patients referred by current clients and ensure they are successfully set up in the program.
- Update transmission schedules and manage other time-sensitive operational tasks.
- Handle client requests and administrative work inside EHR platforms.
- Partner with internal teams to keep documentation accurate and completed on time.
- Keep thorough and precise records of all actions and communications.
- Carry out tailored workflows and client-specific tasks as assigned by clients or Rhythm Management Group.
- Assist with patient outreach and any necessary patient communication.
- Take part in ongoing training to remain current on best practices and new tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare support, preferably in remote patient monitoring or a similar environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Comfort using EHR systems and other healthcare workflow tools.
- Ability to work effectively on your own as well as with a team.
- Empathy and a strong commitment to patient care.
Compensation and benefits
This is a paid hourly role offering $18 to $20 per hour.

Work schedule and location
The role is based in Brooklyn, New York, and follows a hybrid schedule. You will work from the office 2 days per week and remotely for 3 days per week.
Working hours are within business hours, either 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
