Overview
The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for managing both outbound and inbound telecalling operations focused on sales generation and maintaining solid relationships with existing customers. This role encompasses lead generation, customer query resolution, product promotion, and CRM record maintenance to meet sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Perform outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services, aiming to convert leads into sales.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries, resolve complaints, and establish long-term relationships to improve retention.
- Provide precise details about product offerings, pricing, and company policies.
- Keep comprehensive and current records of all customer communications within the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service goals consistently.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively persuade and influence clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling quick rapport building and efficient objection handling.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM software.
- Educational background typically includes a high school diploma or degree, with preference given to candidates having prior telesales or customer service experience.
