Job description
Role Overview
This position is part of ManpowerGroup Singapore and centers on acquiring new clients by creating and managing fresh revenue streams through proactive market outreach and engagement throughout the Singapore region. The primary goal is to secure new business accounts and nurture them for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify companies currently not partnered with the firm to initiate business relationships.
- Generate a reliable sales pipeline via cold outreach, networking, and active market participation.
- Target businesses entering or expanding in Singapore to establish connections.
- Engage decision-makers such as Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and business executives in meaningful discussions.
- Convert initial prospects into active client contracts.
- Manage and expand client relationships following acquisition.
Collaboration
- Engage with workforce solutions focused on permanent recruitment, contract staffing, and talent pipeline services.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams who handle service fulfillment, while maintaining direct client ownership.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in business development, sales, or recruitment within agencies.
- Proven expertise in cold outreach and building sustainable sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients or initiating accounts.
- Capable of independent work, generating results from the ground up.
- Knowledge of the Singapore market considered advantageous.
Success Metrics
The ideal candidate measures achievements by the volume of new clients secured and the growth of those accounts.
