We are currently expanding our team and are seeking dependable, detail-focused Cleaners to join our network of cleaning professionals.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Carry out move-in and move-out cleaning for residential rental properties.
• Perform thorough turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and homes.
• Provide regular housekeeping services for occupied residences as needed.
• Clean all major areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and shared surfaces.
• Conduct detailed cleaning tasks including wiping baseboards, interior of cabinets, and appliances.
• Use a mobile app for job assignments, instructions, GPS navigation, photo uploads, and status updates.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or areas that cannot be cleaned effectively.
• Travel independently between appointments using your own vehicle.

This interview will assess your cleaning experience, skills, availability, equipment, vehicle access, and comfort using a mobile app. Successful candidates will proceed to the next hiring stage.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least two years of paid, professional cleaning experience.
• Capability to perform both move-in/move-out cleaning as well as regular housekeeping tasks.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle for commuting to job locations and transporting cleaning supplies.
• Possession of personal cleaning supplies and equipment needed to fulfil residential cleaning duties.
• Having a suitable smartphone compatible with the mobile work application for navigation, photos, instructions, and updates.
• Ability to clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and detailed areas thoroughly.
• Independently follow cleaning guidelines and instructions.
• Basic English communication skills for effective reporting and communication.
• Punctuality and reliability, comfortable with GPS-based arrival confirmations.
